Brown-Eyed Susan offers a taller plant with an overall different shape than we see in Black-Eyed Susans and Orange Coneflowers.  For one, the flowering stalk is much taller in Brown-Eyed Susans, and the overall shape of the plant is different.  Black-Eyed Susans and Orange Coneflowers grow to 2′ and 3′ respectively while Brown-Eyed Susans top out at nearly 5′.  Both Black-Eyed Susans and Orange Coneflowers have a compact, mound shaped growing habit while Brown-Eyed Susans are more open and loosely pyramidal, or cone shaped.
